A Heartfelt Tribute: In Loving Memory of My Mother

With a heavy heart, I share the news of my mother’s passing. There are no perfect words to describe the pain of losing someone who was not just a mother, but a guiding light, and the foundation of so much love in my life. Her presence lives in every touch I offer in my practice, every act of care I give to others, and every smile I try to share—even through the grief.

Grief is a powerful teacher. It reminds us just how fragile and precious life is. As I navigate this deep sorrow, I find myself reflecting on the importance of truly loving and being present with those who matter most. Life moves so fast—we often get caught in the busyness of our routines, forgetting to pause and say I love you, or to simply be there.

To my clients and extended family through Skin by Teresita, I urge you: love your people out loud. Don't wait for tomorrow to check in, to forgive, to hug, to share a moment of joy. Cherish your loved ones while they’re here. Show them what they mean to you—not in grand gestures, but in the small, quiet moments that matter most. I thank God He gave the privilege to care for Her and tell Her she was LOVED.

My mother’s warmth will forever be part of the energy in my treatment room. Her legacy lives on through every act of kindness and every intention to uplift others.
